We've had HVAC and plumbing work done. The techs have been competent and professional. They do a good job explaining their work and progress.

Chase was very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed our leaking faucet by replacing the whole faucet and the valves, which took no longer than 1hr or so. Very clean work. Highly recommend

Super satisfied with my Saturday experience today! A technician, Robert Campbell, arrived within an hour or so after I first called the office. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. Checked the furnace, found no problem, and determined that the thermostat should be replaced. I will definitely continue to use HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited for all maintenance and repair work in the future! I was so impressed with the entire experience that I purchased an annual service contract which covers both fall and spring equipment inspections, discounts on parts and labor, and other savings. Thank you Dylan and Robert!!

I had my inspection done by Steven Worthy yesterday and I definitely wanted to make sure you thank him for putting me at incredible ease in a situation where I was petrified of having anyone, besides Andre, the tech who had been doing my inspections for the last 6 years, in my condo because of the pandemic. He arrived right in the time frame, He is super friendly, professional, and incredibly informative. I actually thought my air Conditioner had stopped working and he explained how it takes about 5 min for the system to kick on because I have a digital thermostat. Bottom line he is the best. Make sure to thank him for me and let his supervisors know he is an incredible asset to your company.
